Please read these rules and infos throughly before commissioning me.
By commissioning me you automatically agree to my terms.
GENERAL RULES
I. I PRESERVE MY RIGHT RIGHT TO DECLINE & CANCEL A COMMISSION
If I do not feel comfortable or capable of the subject of the commission, I will not accept it. Additionally if you disrespect my boundaries or break any of these terms I will cancel the commission and will refrain from working with you in the future again.
II. DO NOT RUSH ME
Do not ask me about the status of the commission every day. It puts a lot of pressure on me that I'd like to avoid. I will not forget your commission, I will work on it when I have the time and I will provide you with WIPs when they are ready.
III. ARTSTYLE AND ARTISTIC FREEDOM
I will not change my art style or aspects of it for a commission.
I will not mimic other art styles for a commission.
ADDITIONAL RULES
I. REFERENCE SHEET
The Reference Sheet of your character must be accurate and include all the details you want to be included in the commission. I will not work off of descriptions and I will not change details of the character.
I need a visual reference of:

It also is a big plus if the reference sheet is completely UNSHADED or at least has an UNSHADED color palette to pick from.
I always appreciate a clean sheet!
II. AUTOMATIC REFUSAL OF COMMISSION
A commission is automatically refused if it contains any of these:

It also gets automatically refused if you do not have a proper reference sheet of your character. I do not work off of descriptions, unless you order a custom design.
TERMS OF SERVICE
I. PAYMENT
• Payment available via PayPal or Ko-Fi
• Payment must be sent after the final sketch is approved
• Payment must be sent in full, as I do not allow payment plans
• I do not give out refunds, please make sure you really want art from me
• I will only continue working on the commission once payment has arrivedIf you fail to pay me within one week I will cancel the commission and repurpose the sketch for something else. This also happens if you suddenly ghost me after receiving a WIP of the sketch. I will be reluctant to work with you again in the future.
II. PRICING
• All pricings listed are the minimum and cannot be haggled
• Pricings may increase depending on complexity of the commission
(e.g. difficult background, pose or props)
• Additional changes after the final sketch has been approved may cost extra
III. SHOWCASE & CREDIT
You are allowed to share the art with your friends. If you upload the art to other sites, you must give credit to me with the following links:

• Do not trace my art
• Do not feed my art to AI
PROCESS & DELIVERY
1. SKETCHING PHASE
You will receive multiple sketches from me during the sketching phase to ensure you get what you want. During the sketching phase you may request changes freely, including changes to the pose, composition, details, or even a complete restart.All changes made during the sketching phase are free.
1.5. CHANGES
Changes can be requested freely during the sketching phase. Once the final sketch has been approved and I have started working on the final artwork, additional changes requested by the client may require an extra charge depending on the amount and complexity of the changes.Additional charges must be paid after the commission is completed and before the finished artwork is delivered. I will not deliver the finished artwork until all outstanding payments have been received.Changes necessary to correct mistakes made by me will not result in an additional charge.Examples of when extra fees may incur:

2. PAYMENT
After approving of the final sketch and agreeing to let me proceed with the final artwork, you will be asked to pay for the commission.
You can either pay on Ko-Fi or via PayPal invoice.Once the final sketch has been approved and work on the final artwork has begun, further changes requested by the client may result in an additional charge depending on their complexity and the amount of work required. (see 1.5. CHANGES)Additional charges must be paid after the commission is completed and before the finished artwork is delivered. I will not deliver the finished artwork until all outstanding payments have been received.
3. WAIT
The average commission takes me 1-4 weeks to finish. I will keep you updates with WIPs if you wish, but other than that I ask you not to inquire about the status of your commission every day.If something comes up that will delay the completion of your commission, I will let you know.
